elementary teachers, Sara decided that she really enjoyed math and changed her aspirations to being a high school math teacher.  As well as teaching math, Sara hopes to employ her Human Physiology minor as well as all of her experience in athletics to become a high school track and field coach.  Next year will be Sara's senior year in track. She will also be attending graduate school here at UO earning her Masters in Education.  I have had the privilege to know and work with Sara and I know that she is on her way to being an incredible teacher.
Sara qualified for the NCAA West Regional track meet during the first meet of this season.  The regional track meet is May 28th at Hayward field.  Come check out and cheer on a fellow math major doing great things!  Run at the speed of light Sara!
