Every Spring Break:

courses.html
Collect descriptions of the advanced graduate course offerings for next year from the faculty, and post them on the courses.html page. It would be nice to LEAVE the information on Course Offerings from previous years on this page as well since it is useful information for prospective applicants.

students.html
Update information about current students (e.g. if they have passed the Qualifying Exams, chosen a subject, found an advisor...).

Every September:

introduction.html, programs.html, teaching.html
These pages shouldn't change from year to year, but just read them over to make sure.

research.html
Faculty list needs updating once a year. Check links to faculty web pages and to seminars are working.

courses.html
If any major changes to the catalog are made, they might need to be duplicated here in the course code listings.

students.html
Once a year, go through the list of students. Move any graduating students to the former students section. Update information about current students (e.g. if they have passed the Qualifying Exams, chosen a subject, found an advisor...). Add incoming students to the list. Check the links to web sites are all working, delete any that are not.

money.html
Replace the Estimated Expenses with the up-to-date figures for the next year. You can find the information on the financial aid web site http://financialaid.uoregon.edu. Update the GTF salary and summer salary, and check other info is up to date too.

admissions.html
Check the links are all still working. The addresses of the director/assistant director of the office of admissions (who you get permission to defer the application fee if you're an international student) need to be checked - perhaps this policy has changed? Have the procedures changed since last year? If Judy Perkins is no longer graduate secretary, up date the e-mail link!

contacts.html
Up date any contacts, e.g. if Judy Perkins leaves or if the chair of the graduate program, dept head etc... has changed.
